&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;We've teamed up with YMCA once again, and this year they have designed a "Couch to 5k" training program to help everyone make a habit of fitness and prepare for the June 7th race.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
YMCA of WNC is leading a free training program. Trainings meet Tuesday and Thursday at the Asheville YMCA at noon and at the Reuter Family YMCA at 5:30 pm. Training sessions consist of coach-led walk/run combo workouts following a Couth to 5K program. The last week or two the group will meet at the Chamber to preview the course. YMCA coaches will send out weekly emails to the group with general tips, motivation and the workouts for the week.&amp;nbsp;Sign up for training classes at either YMCA location.&lt;br /&gt;
